Simple Recipe Corn & Potato Chowder Soup Without the
Fuss
Ten Minute Prep
1 Carrot Finely Chopped
1 Celery Finely Chopped
1 Small Onion Finely Chopped
½ Green Pepper Finely Chopped
½ Red Pepper Finely Chopped
½ Cup Butter Melted
¼ Cup Flour
¼ TSP Black Pepper
2 Packages Chicken Strips cut from Deli Section
1 Contain readymade mashed Potatoes [Plain]
1 Container of Chicken Stock
1 Cup of Half/Half
8 OZ Frozen Bag of Corn
¼ TSP Allspice
Melt butter in Large Pot, added Carrot, Celery, onion,
Peppers, sauté then add chicken, then
add Flour and Pepper. Stir and mix real well.
Add Mashed Potatoes, Mix, Add Chicken Stock Stir
extremely well, then and the corn and half & Half and the Allspice.
Bring to a Boil for one Minute and Simmer for 30 Minutes.
Serve it up with Nice Rolls
