Bundle Material For Quilts









I created this pattern for the quilt. I used out landish colors. I have expressed in my design. I will also tell my fans were I purchased my materials.

I have used some very awesome colors. By using bundles I thought I could not pull off the a nice color of the quilts.

OATMEAL CHOCOLATE CHIP PANCAKES

OATMEAL CHOCOLATE CHIP PANCAKES
1 1/4 Cup Flour
1 Cup of Quaker Uncooked Oats Oatmeal
Converted into Flour Consistency
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon mix of Ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg & Clover
2 Tablespoons of Sugar
4 teaspoons of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon of Salt
2 eggs
2 Cups of Milk
1 Cup of Semi Sweet Ghirardelli Chocolate Chips

On the oatmeal take a coffee grinder and place the oatmeal and grind to a flour like consisteny that will equal a cup. After grinding sift the oatmeal.

In a larger mixing bowl place the rest of the ingerdients and mix. Do not over mix.

Use a nice hot griddle and I use Canola Cooking spray. Makes fifteen nice pancakes. While cooking have your oven at low temparute to keep them hot.

A Simple Lasagna

A Simple Lasagna

1 LB Fat Free Ground Hamburger Meat [96/3]
1 Green Bell Pepper diced
1 Small Onion diced
1 Fresh Garlic Clove minced
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
2 LB Jar of Regular Tomatoe Sauce
2 Teaspoons of Italian Seasoning
Filling
15 oz Ricotta Cheese

1 LB Mozzarella & Topping
1/2 Cup of Parmesan
1 Tablespoon of Dried Parsley Flakes

1 Teaspoon of Italian Seasoning
1 Egg

9 Lasagna Noodles

Pre Heat Oven to 350


Fry up the Ground Beef, & drain the beef. Set aside.
Take the Pepper, Onion, Garlic and Olive oil saute them until the Onion is Translucent. Return the ground beef and add the 2 teaspoon of Italian Seasoning. Cook for an 3 minutes stirring the meat and seasonings. Then add the tomatoe sauce. Stir and bring to a boil and reduce and simmer for 1/2 hours.

Cook Noodle according to Package, Drain the pasta and keep it in Cold Water. This makes the pasta easy to handle

Get a bowl, and mix the filling. 15 oz Ricotta Cheese, 1/2 cup of Mozzarella , & 1/2 Cup of Parmesan , egg, Parsley Flakes and Italian Seasoning.

13X9 Glass baking dish, place 1/2 Cup of sauce on the bottom, place three of the lasagna pasta, Take 1 cup of filling spread, 1/2 Cup of cheese and 1 Cup of Sauce and spread. Repeat.

Top the lasagna with Sauce and the rest of the Mozzarella Cheese. Bake in the Oven for 5o minutes uncover. Remaining sauce keep on low heat. Serve with Lasagna.

The Best way to learn how to cook is to watch. My youngest son tells me mom how come you don't teach me to cook. I tell him when I cook your oldest brother is always with me and I tell him how do something and he watches me.

Rotisserie Style Roasted Herb Chicken With Duck Sauce

Rotisserie Style Chicken without the Machine
Roasted Herb Chicken with a Duck Sauce Glaze

6 1/2 to 7 LB Roasteing Hen

3/4 Oz of Fresh Poultry Blend Herbs

Consists of Rosamary, Sage and Time

10 Oz Jar of Duck Sauce

Pre Heat the Oven at 350 Degrees Prep Time 10 minutes cooking time 3 hrs.

Take the herbs and blend the in your food processor, do not make a paste out of it. Just enough to break the apart and they are mixed really well.

Place Chicken in 13X9 Baking pan Place Chicken Breast side Up. Take the blended herbs and rub the chicken all over. Cook uncover the whole time.

Place chicken in the oven. Cook the chicken the first 1 1/2 hour, Drain the fat from the pan, Even 1/2 hour drain the fat from the pan afterwards.

During the last 1 hour of cooking the chicken, with a pastry brush pour 1/2 jar of the Duck sauce on the chicken. Keep draining the fat out of the pan. During the last 1/2 hour pour the other 1/2 of the remaining jar of duck sauce over the chicken and use the pastry brush to make sure the chicken is well coated evenly.

Take the Chicken from the Oven let stand for 1/2 hour.

Serve with your favorite side dishes.
