HAM CAKES PITTSBURGH POST-GAZETTE APRIL 10, 1931





3 Cups Chopped Cooked Ham
1 Cup Boiled Rice
1.2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Celery Salt
2 TBS finely chopped onion
2tbs finely chopped green bell peppers
1 egg & 2 egg yolks
2/3 Cup of Cracker crumbs
4 tablespoon fat  [butter or bacon fat]
