Green Wood Cemetery
Date May 19, 2010

Dear Ms. Rook;
We thank you for your interest in historic Green-Wood Cemetery. We can confirm that we have burial information for the family members you mentioned on your May 18th 4:45 p.m. phone message to us.
Burial record and lot information is a paid genealogical service - $27.75 and $19.50 respectively. To get a “Burial Transcript” (this includes, if given at the time of death, an individual’s last known address, place of death, age at time of death, whether he/she was married, widowed or divorced, date of death, birthplace, and on some of the older records cause of death and funeral director’s name) the cost is $19.50 per individual record. For a “Burial Listing” per Lot the cost is $27.75 - this gives you the interment dates and the names of all the deceased within a particular Lot.
You may send a check (with a written note that mentions the lots and/or the names of individuals in question) to 500 – 25th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11232 or call us directly at 718-768-7300 to pay by credit card between 8 am and 4 pm, Monday through Friday only.
Sincerely,

Isabella Vlacci
