Jeannette's Twice Baked Potatoe's

Jeannette's Twice Baked Potato

Pre Heat Oven 400 degrees

8 Medium Baking Potato
1/2 Cup of Butter
1 Cup of Cream
1 Cup of Medium Flavor Cheddar Cheese
8 slices of Bacon crumble up
Pepper to tastes

Steps
1. Wash the potato, and place in foil; take a knife make a slit on top and bottom
2. Bake in oven for two hours
3. Cool Potato for 1hr easy to handle
4. Scoop the potato out and to creat the potato shell
5. Place the potato in a bowl and take a hand mixer blend until smooth.
6. slice butter up and blend into the potato
7. Add cream and blend
8. Stir in Cheese and crumbled bacon
9. Pepper to taste.
10. Stuff the potatoe's
Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Return to the Oven at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
Best Served with a nice Steak Dinner.
