 Les L. Watkins of Port Isabel Resident for 20 years, died at his home on November 11.  Watkins owned and operated Watkins Courts and was a plumber.
 Watkins is survived by his wife Lorene, of Port Isabel; a son, Lee, Jr., of St. Louis, Netta L. Witten, of Birmingham, Alabama.
 Memorial gifts may be given to the Laguna Madre Ambulance Service.
