 3/4 Pound Butter
1/2 Pound Flour Sifted
1/2 Cup of Sweet Cream
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp of cream of tartar
1 large grated coconut
1/2 Pound Almonds blanched and cut
1/4 Pound Citrons cut in small, thin pieces
1 teaspoon lemon extract

Note: Sweet Milk is actually regular whole milk that has not soured.   Where it says Sweet Milk or Cream its just regular whole milk.
