The Perfect ROAST BEEF

THE PERFECT ROAST BEEF
2 TABLESPOON FLOUR
1 TEASPOON SALT
1/4 TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER
1 TEASPOON ROSEMARY
THIS THE PERFECT RUB FOR A ROAST BEEF
I PREFERRE MY ROAST BEEF MEDIUM RARE I COOK MINE TO 145 DEGREES.
I SLOW COOK IN OVEN FOR 1 1/2 HOUR AT 325 DEGREES.
