Simple Recipe for cooking a perfect turkey for people who can't cook

Simple Turkey Recipe for people can't cook. No failed turkey.

Pre Heat Oven 325 degrees

Pre time 15 minutes

One Turkey Roasting Pan with Rack

Cook time 4 to 5 hours

1 Completely Thawed 10 pound Turkey

1 Roasting pan with rack

1 Medium Onion

1 Stick of butter room temperature

1 Salt Pepper to taste

POULTRY SEASONING

Olive Oil

1 chicken stock or canned broth chicken.

Take Turkey out wrapper and remove neck and giblets

Quart one Medium Onion Stick in two sliced in hind end and two sliced in cavity

Salt and Pepper to tastes

Tie legs up

Take butter smear all over turkey

Take the poultry seasoning generously cover the Turkey with it

Drizzle with regular Olive oil

Pour stock or broth in pan. If you don't either 1 1/2 cup of plain water

Place Turkey on the rack with pan.

No cover

Place in Oven

Cook for 4-5 hours. Cook one hour un- disturbed after Baste with a Turkey baster. every 1/2 hr unitl finish cooking Remove from oven let Turkey rest cover to keep warm.
