Enrico Caruso enjoyed ice cream, custard and a drink called Alexander. Well in this Ice Cream I am dedicating it to the late Great Opera Singer Enrico Caruso who passed away August 2, 1921 in Naples Italy.
Dorothy Park Benjamin writes about his life: In a Book Called: "Enrico Caruso - His Life and Death"
